Age regression is a coping mechanism that people use to help cope. They go I to the mindset of a child, or judt an age that is younger than their big age. (for EX: 1y/o - 5y/o) Things that could bring out Age Regression Include: Depression, anxiety, insecurities, certain fears, trauma. Or some people were forced to grow up too fast, so it's almost like getting that type of childhood back for them. But that's not all, sometimes someone will slip into age Regression out of a force of habit, or it just happens out of no where beyond the person control, or the age regresser can do it for happiness/fun, whatever they feel comfortable with, so like nothing could be going on but a person will slip into age Regression anyways, everyone is different. I apologize for not posting, when I first started this account I didn't think anyone would see it, but thank you a bunch for all the support that I've been given, it makes me extremely happy. I usually only posted when I was in the little space mindset, then I had those ideas and I had the fun of it and the motivation to do so, sadly recently I haven't been able to slip into little space at all, even with a little bit of help. I have slipped into it, but it would quickly go away, which saddened me cause I knew I was happiest when I regressed.
