Use a brush attachment on your vacuum if you have one. Then I spray down the baseboards using an all purpose cleaner like Simple Green or 409. Use a big bowl and add some hot water with some all purpose cleaner inside it. Use the soft or abrasive sponge to gently scrub your baseboards and dirt, grime and hair will easily and quickly lift off. Pay attention not to use too much force when using the abrasive sponge and make sure you purchase one that is non-scratch.
