Portobello Mushroom Tart with Black Truffle Ingredients: 1 sheet of puff pastry (store-bought or homemade), thawed if frozen Vegetables: 2 large Portobello mushrooms, cleaned and thinly sliced 1 large onion, thinly sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 spring onion 3 tbsp olive oil 1 oz truffle butter (homemade, can be substituted with truffle oil 2 tbsp) 1 tbsp Fresh black truffle, thinly shaved or grated on top of the ready tart 1/2 cup shredded Emmental cheese 1/2 cup grated Grana Padano cheese Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 1/2 tsp red paprika 1-2 tbsp all-purpose flour 1 tbsp lemon zest 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 egg 1 tsp sesame seeds Arugula Pear Salad with Truffle Mushroom Eggs Ingredients: 3 hard-boiled eggs 3 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp truffle mushroom 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp chopped parsley 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice yolks from 3 eggs salt and pepper to taste 2 cups arugula 2 pears sliced 3 tbsp pine nuts 3 tbsp pecans Salad Dressing: 2 tbsp Olive oil 1 tbsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp shaved Parmesan #livecooking #cookinglive #livecookingshows
