Here are the steps: 1. Massage the muscles in your pecs, diaphragm, and hip flexors. 2. Stretch the muscles in your pecs, diaphragm, and hip flexors. 3. Do 5-10 deep BELLY BREATHS. 4. Practice the staggered stance hip hinge (aka RDL) in this video.
