Snow fell around the cabin in the morning as we cooked bacon & eggs on the propane cook stove for breakfast. We then got ready to explore the area by snowmobile and rigged up an awesome way to transport the kids with our ski-doo. Exploring the trails, it took us some time to get onto the OFSA Trails from our off-grid tiny home but we soon found a way and then rode the OFSA trails to meet up with the Haliburton Forest Snowmobile Trail system. On the Haliburton trails, we enjoyed doing a big loop through beautiful forests and didn't see many other travelers after getting off the main trail. Getting back to the cabin, Hudson was upset that the snowmobiling was over. We enjoyed a bonfire for a bit and then I went ice fishing by myself, riding the ski-doo out to a different spot than last time. Using the same bushcraft fishing technique I did the previous time to land a trout, I soon had a small Brook Trout on the line which I landed. Moose enchiladas were for dinner that night.
