「Summer's far from over right?」 August's cover is up! I am still keeping my promise of one upload per month, but let's see how it'll go once uni starts up again next week... This project is actually around one year old now. It was around August/September last year when Hibi approached me with this song as a suggestion for our overdue duet. We started working on it, with the art and lyrics being done pretty much as soon as we had decided on the song. I started making the fireworks in the animation, but the AE project file has pretty much been collecting dust until June this year. The mix was done at the beginning of this year. Azu, as the angel she is, offered to help me finish the parts that were left as it felt a bit bad to leave this project to die. The end result hopefully still conveys the feeling of the end of summer, as originally intended. Looking back on it, I definitely lost a bit of motivation animation-wise, and the mix could have been a bit more impactful as well! With that being said, I hope that this is still content you'd enjoy, and that you'll look forward to even more (hopefully even better!) content from me in the future!
