“See-ing” is the foundation of how I heal. In order to heal, I have to be able to see someone in their wholeness - to understand the spirit, body, and mind. When healing, I have to be able to discern the components and assess the connections between them. Much like a doctor, I seek to find the areas that need support, whether that is a component in totality or if it is the communication between. Start by assessing and seeing, finding the blocks, burdens, and blindspots. Removal of those are easiest done together, as co-healers. When you pause and give intention to see-ing, what do you see?
