Gojira - L'Enfant Sauvage album drum cover medley. This is undoubtedly one of my favorite metal albums and was my first introduction to Gojira. Below is the song order/timing and my thoughts on each part. 0:00 - Mouth of Kala - catchy, straightforward double bass beat. 0:30 - L'Enfant Sauvage -    • Gojira - L'Enfant Sauvage drum cover   (see the video for my thoughts on the song) 0:59 - Liquid Fire - gotta love that bell finishing off the double bass fill. Solid snare accents for the main groove as well. 1:45 - The Axe - the drums match the guitar riff quite well here. The variation in crash accents in the ride beat is great. 2:18 - The Wild Healer - chill... the end fill fits perfectly. 2:42 - Born In Winter - sooo fucking groovy that I'm covering it. Will update soon. 3:25 - Pain Is A Master - one of the most difficult and interesting grooves of the song. The kick pattern is just crazy. 4:12 - The Fall - rumbly floor tom beats are always fun to play. Nice intro to a quality song. 4:52 - Planned Obsolescence - amazing accenting work by Mario Duplantier. A few really tricky fills here. 5:38 - The Gift Of Guilt - one of the most emotional tunes here. Weird time signature, great tapping work on the guitar. 6:14 - Explosia - amazing blend of heavy and groovy with this ending. Took awhile to learning the timing of each interesting fill. 7:09 - This Emptiness - thought I'd throw in some of the special edition grooves but was too lazy to actually add the songs 7:13 - I dunno what to say, let's just forget about this... 7:18 - My Last Creation - interesting blast beat. Not very accurate to the original but ya know... it's a bonus track Hey there! You made it to the end of my description. Thank you for watching my video.
