NUX Steel Singer Drive - John Mayer / SRV in a Pedal? So happy to be one of the 1st to show you this brand new Steel Singer Drive Pedal from NUX FX! Instant ‪@johnmayer‬ & SRV Sounds??? You decide ;) The ‪@nuxaudio‬ Steel Singer Drive is a Dumble inspired Overdrive Pedal. It's definitly not a (Clean) Boost. Even with Gain at 0 you get some grit with SC and even more with Humbuckers. All very smooth and Amp-like! I've split my Demo Video in several Parts. In the first part I use an American Style super clean Amp & used the Pedal with Unity Volume but no Gain so you can see how it reacts. Each Section starts with the Pedal of, on and a little Lick. In the second part I dialed in 25% of its Gain to see if it can get into that Dumble Style territory. Also again used with a Strat, LP & Telecaster. In the last part i tried the Steel Singer as a Boost Pedal into an already slightly overdriven British Amp. Again, 3 Parts & 3 Guitars. Hope You like it!?
