Moist and Flat Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe Ingredients: 1 3/4cup - All Purpose Flour 3/4cup - Cocoa 2 cups - Sugar 1 1/2 tsp - Baking Soda 1 1/2 tsp - Baking Powder 1 tsp - Salt 2pcs. - Egg 1 1/2 tsp. - Vanilla Extract 1/2 cup - Oil 1 cup - Fresh Milk 1cup - Hot Water 1tsp - Coffee Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven 150°c and Prepare 3oz Muffin Pan and Cupcake Liner. - - This recipe makes 32 Cupcakes. 2. Prepare large bowl mix all the dry ingredients - - all purpose flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. 3. Add all the wet ingredients - - egg, vanilla extract, oil, fresh milk and hot coffee. Mix it well and scrape the side of the batter to avoid any lamps. 4. Use ice-cream scooper for pouring the batter to the cupcake liner ( one scoop equivalent to one cupcake liner). Give little tap to remove air bubbles. 5. Bake them for 25 minutes or until the toothpick comes with moist crumbs. Let them cool for 1 hour before piping the frosting.
