Ingredient List 1 can refrigerator crescent rolls 1 cup cashew cream cheese or our homemade version, below. That requires 1.25 cups raw cashews and 4 acidophilus capsules. 1 packet of vegan ranch dressing mix or make your own, recipe below 4 cups of mixed raw vegetable- chopped very small. Suggestions: cauliflower, broccoli, peppers, red onion, celery, carrots, black olives, tomato and mushrooms. ½-1 cup vegan cheddar shreds- optional Optional- 1 avocado for garnishing Instructions: If making homemade cashew cream cheese, do that several days in advance. Prepare veggies by washing, drying and chopping Mix the cream cheese with the ranch dressing mix. Thin with a little water if too thick to easily spread. Unroll the crescent rolls. Press together the seams and perforations. Press into approx 10x14 rectangle. Bake at 375 F for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove crust from baking sheet and cool crust on a wire rack, once cooled: Spread with the cream cheese mixture Top with veggies and cheddar shreds, press down to press the veggies into the cream cheese. Garnish with cubes of avocado just before serving. Best to dip avocado in lemon juice to prevent browning. Pat dry. Cut into desired serving sizes. Chill before serving. Schmear (Cream Cheese) video    • Vegan Lox & Schmear Recipe   1.25 cup raw cashews, soak in hot water several hours to soften. Then drain and rinse with hot water.  Place in food processor with a pinch of salt 4 probiotic or acidophilus capsules- empty onto the cashews Pulse until it forms a paste. Keep scraping down, do not add any liquids.   Place in a jar, cover with a towel or cheese cloth. Place in a warm spot for 3 days. Vegan Ranch Dressing Mix Mix the following together 1 teaspoons onion powder 1 teaspoons garlic powder 1 tablespoon dried parsley .5 teaspoon dried dill weed 1 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce .25 teaspoon smoked paprika 1 tablespoons nutritional yeast .25 teaspoon salt optional .25 teaspoon black pepper
