It was introduced since 2005 and is manufactured by Fujinon. Northrop Grumman is the US Army contractor who develops and delivers the M24 to the military (at least that´s how I understood it - please leave a comment if wrong). The M24 has the standard US Army reticle in the left tube and comes with laser filters that filter out all bright-greenish colours so that the landscape looks a bit autumn-like (the video was made in Mid-June).
