Burn calories and feel the burn in your but and thighs when you do the: TOUGH TUSH WORKOUT 1) Heel Touch 1 Leg Squat 5-10 each leg 2) Sprinter Lunge Jumps x10 each 3) High Bridges x 10 (hold at the top for 3) 4) Squat Jumps x10 5) Plank Leg Raises x10 each 6) Low Jacks x20 Rest 1 minute and repeat 1-2 times.
