CAUTION: Since posting this video, I used this vacuum for around 8-9 months after which the front head (the one that touches the floor) cracked from where it attaches to the rod. They do give two of these in the box, and now I wonder why, BUT, I spoke to Amazon.ae who after a lot of back and forth (since the Kenwood distributor doesn't have a way to ship this to their repair center, or to replace the broken part, without visiting Abu Dhabi), were gracious to refund it using one of their available methods. Whew, SO, I DON'T RECOMMEND BUYING THIS PRODUCT, at all. AND, do not buy Kenwood products from an online seller like Amazon or Noon, unless you know that you can't claim warranty without going to Abu Dhabi! 😵‍💫 Buy a Dyson, my V7 still works. I just ordered its replacement battery from the UK, and that works just fine. --- Just bought the new Kenwood Cordless Vacuum Cleaner SVD20 from Amazon for a massive 45% discount! Here's the unboxing and my first impressions of the device after our Dyson V7 battery failed... The Kenwood SVD20 is a 2 in 1 cordless stick and hand held vacuum cleaner. It has an advance brushless motor for long life and high suction power (that's what it says on the box, really)! Watch the video and see if this device is something you'll want to condor for day to day home cleaning. I certainly like it and will be keeping it! The original price of the device is AED 999, though during the recent White Friday sale here in the UAE, I got this for AED 549. The AED 50 discount from HSCB didn't hurt either, so for AED. 499 net and VAT inclusive, this is a great purchase! After the White Friday sale, the price increased to AED 749 on Cyber Monday and later changed to AED 999.
