Part 1 of my Cornish trail day was a visit to the Forestry England site at Cardinham Woods, Cornwall. The site caters for a selection of walking trails and 1 cycle trail loop called the "Bodmin Beast'. An 8 mile blue graded xc type loop with 2 shorter red graded alternative lines along the way. It was a great fun loop with lots to keep interest. It is quite hilly so prepare to get the lungs working but the descents certainly make it worth while. The red sections were mellow by any standard but we enjoyed the blue lines just as much. Check out my other video for Part 2 where we visit Lanhydrock cycle trails following this ride.
