The shopping and dining district on Walt Disney World property known as Disney Springs is one of our favorite spots for a quick bite. Recently, two of our favorite restaurants there, The Polite Pig and Wine Bar George, decided to freshen up their menus for the Spring Season. While we already tried out Wine Bar George's sit-down dining offerings, we hadn't yet checked out the all the new delicacies at the quick service window, The Basket. From a classic charcuterie board to an in-house made Meat & Potato Hand Pie you'd be hard pressed to fined higher quality quick service. Polite Pig also recently added Pork Paillard as a chef's specialty. That along with their Bourbon Chocolate Rock Cookie made for an interesting combination for our post Basket snack.
