Here, I'm getting both score attack and time attack emeralds for the first act of Casino Night zone at the same time. You need to finish in less than 40 seconds and get 14000 points after bonus. Not an easy task because it requires a bit of execution and routing but once you get everything down, it works like a charm. Getting 14000 points is almost free if you don't get hit (as long as you get to the goal in less than 1 minute) but getting the time attack is a bit trickier.
