Video from the Mia Reef Isla Mujeres with a look at one of their un-remodeled villas and around the property and hotel itself. filmed Nov 2015 Would not stay here again. Even though we showed up with a confirmation # and paperwork they said they had no rooms. They could have offered a cold drink and seat while they worked it out. Instead they sent us packing with our luggage. We were sent off their property at night in the dark, they didn't even offer a cab. Three hours later our travel agency had us in the room we had originally reserved. It was all handled very unprofessionally. Still, what a beautiful little island they have there.
