I have insurance, but I can't use it. And it's not just me. The Affordable Care Act ( ACA )was groundbreaking in that it made health insurance available to all Americans. What it DIDN'T do was make healthCARE available to all Americans because insurance is still cost prohibitive and most people can't afford the healthcare they are mandated to have. Which makes sense. Somehow.
