Gotham FC's 2023 NWSL Championship Team Honored by President Biden at the White House

On September 23rd, 2024, Gotham FC's 2023 NWSL Championship team became the first NWSL team to be honored at the White House. We went straight from our game at Red Bull Arena to Washington DC and woke up early to prep for the celebration. Come along with the players, coaches, and staff as we experience the White House in all its glory. Former Gotham FC captain and current club ambassador, Ali Krieger, delivered a powerful speech in which she reminded everyone that "being the first is historic, but it’s even more important that we ensure we are not the last." The immensity of the day was not, and will never be, lost on us. We are honored to play a role in this massive moment for women’s sports and the ‪@NWSLsoccer‬.
