Get That 70's Schwinn stuff here https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from... Found this diamond in the rough Continental on my local South Florida Craigslist.. the listing images looked pretty decent. The original owner said he got it when he was in college and had not ridden it in a few years. The bike appeared to have all original components with the exception of tires, tubes, bar-tape and brake pads. The distinguished gentleman was happy to hear I would restore it back to it's original glory and is looking forward to seeing the bike once completed. The bike is a February of 1972 and was impacted by the bike boom parts shortage that placed the GT-150 front Derailleur and Dia-Comp center pull brakes on this model along with the gold dot and red quick release brake levers. I kept all of those components based on the history of the parts shortage. The video is lengthy while covering the majority of the process 🔧🚲🏡
