The recent corona pandemic has necessitated the development quick and acceptable medical solutions, particularly traditional medicines based on herbs. India is blessed with a large variety of plants and herbs, which were extensively used by our ancestors to treat a number of diseases. In an attempt towards scientific validation, we have developed novel sensors and analysed Mucuna used to treat neurological disorder and Kabasura Kudineer used as an immunity booster against corona. About the Speaker: Dr. C. Sekar is currently working as Professor of Bioelectronics and Biosensors in Alagappa University, Karaikudi.
