Here we go: 00:00 INTRODUCTION Orienting you about the structure and points to be discussed in the video. 00:47 EXTINCTION OF EASEMENT MEANING 01:13 SECTION 37 This section talks about extinction of easement right by dissolution of right of the servient owner i.e. when the right of the servient owner on the property on which the easement right is imposed ceases to exist, and the cause of such ceasing existed before the easement was imposed, the easement right will come to an end as soon as the right of the servient owner owner on that property ends. 02:20 SECTION 37 ILLUSTRATION 04:39 SECTION 38 This section talks about extinction of easement by release of it by the Dominant Owner i.e. when the dominant owner expressly or impliedly says to the servient owner that he wants to given up is easement right voluntarily, the easement right ceases to exist. 10:41 SECTION 39 According to this section an easement right can cease to exist when the servient owner chooses to revoke the easement right as per a previous agreement between the servient or the dominant owner or for violation of any condition of easement in the part of the dominant owner. 11:43 SECTION 40 According to this section an easement right extinct with the expiration of the limiter period for which it was supposed to be in force or on happening of a pre mentioned dissolving condition. Section 40 is the effect of the causes stated in section 6 12:49 SECTION 41 This section talks about extinction of easement on the termination of the necessity for which the easement right was imposed.
