Ahh this stage... Probably the most memorable stage in Mega Man 7, it is time for Shade Man! This stage has a lot of unique things to it, from enemies that do not even show up anywhere else in the game, to having some special secrets in it, to even having an easter egg to change the music on your first visit! The stage itself is plenty of fun and is not all that hard, too! Why am I going here first when Slash Man is weak to Freeze Cracker, though? Well, Shade Man is really easy to fight buster only, and you need Turbo Man's weapon to reveal the secret in Slash Man's stage anyways, amongst other reasons. Like I said, Shade Man is a really easy fight. He has a very simple pattern that he loops. When he is above you, stay directly under him so his dive-bombs have very little range and get you a free hit. When he lands he will first use an attack that tries to hopelessly paralyze you. You just need to jump over it. After that he will use his Noise Crush attack, which you can jump and slide under as needed, and then the pattern loops again. His weakness is Spring Man's weapon, if needed. Enjoy!~
