TheSweetSuites hotel room walkthrough and review of the Banyan Tree Mayakoba’s Lagoon & Sunset Rooftop Pool Villa with private pool, terrace, butler, jacuzzi, and steam shower in the Riviera Maya (area between Cancun and Tulum) on 05/24/2024. This is the third room type I’ve reviewed of the Banyan Tree Mayakoba. I also stayed in an awesome beachfront suite (slightly more expensive than this room, and probably worth the added cost). I also reviewed the wellbeing sanctuary pool villa, which was considerably less expensive and probably a better value overall. This is only about 45 minutes from CUN (Cancun airport) and is right by Playa Del Carmen.
