We continue the adventure of Elven monk Valphine who is in a relationship with a certain wizard from Waterdeep. The group enters a secret little alcove shrine to Shar under the statue of Ketheric in the center of town. After Shadowheart expresses her devotion to her goddess they leave for Ketheric's mausoleum. Amongst the walled sculptures of Selune are blood smattering scrawls dedicated to Myrkul, The God of Necromancy. Like a twisted joke underneath the mausoleum is another secret temple to Shar. However, the group discovers this is the temple many used to become Dark Justiciars. Here the group finds Balthazar and his mini army of undead. After defeating his group Shadowheart completes the trial. Venturing forward they find The Nightsong; an aasimar and Ketheric's relic of immortality; and released her. Following The Nightsong's pursuit the group makes their way back to Moonrise Towers to confront Ketheric.
