I added 1 cup water) 1/2 cup onion, diced 1/4 cup salsa taco seasoning packet +additional seasonings. I used garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Store bought Queso Dip Green onion or chopped cilantro for garnish In large skillet, saute' onion for 2 minutes. Add ground beef and brown. Drain grease. Add rice, salsa, seasonings, and broth. Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes until rice is tender. A added additional water half way through. Stir. Drizzle with warmed queso and top with green onion or cilantro. Enjoy!
