We started our Yatra on 11th June 2023 from Gurdwara Gobind Ghat to Gurdwara Gobind Dham, our first night halt was at Gurdwara Gobind Dham. On 12th June At around 05:00 AM early in the Morning, we started our Yatra to Shri Hemkunt Sahib, reached Shri Hemkunt Sahib and returned back to Gobind Dham on same day. There are no staying options available in Shri Hemkund Sahib, No one is allowed to satay there after 12:00 pm. Because of high altitude, the oxygen level is very low. On 12th June we returned back to Gobind Ghat. The best time to do this Yatra is in September, You will find pleasant weather, the crowd will be less, and you will have a great time, also this time you can visit valley of floweres also and experience the scenic beauty. Shri Hemkund sahib Trust has made Gurudwara’s (Rishikesh, Srinagar, Joshimath, Gobind Ghat, and Gobind Dham) for people who are traveling to Shri Hemkund Sahib. In these gurudwara people get to stay in Hall or in the room (as per availability), Food at Langar Hall and Medical Facilities for the Travelers.
