Let's put that theory to the test by pitting 135 degree split point drills against 118 degree standard point drills! We'll test two different sizes [3/16" (4.76 mm) & 3/32" (2.38 mm)] of each drill in both 6061 aluminum and 1018 mild steel. Then, we'll bust out the metrology tools and measure for size and positional accuracy.
