How to sterilise the container for the pickle\ 10:18 Outro Thank you for watching! 💫 And don’t forget to subscribe here: https://goo.gl/mQwVjN **************************************************************************** Recipe : Hari Mirch ka Achar Ingredients: 300 gram Green Chilies ¼ cup Fennel Seeds ¼ cup Fenugreek Seeds ¼ cup Mustard Seeds 1 cup Mustard Oil 1 tbsp Turmeric 1 tsp Nigella Seeds ½ tsp Asafetida 2 tbsp Salt 1/2 cup Vinegar 1 piece of Charcoal Method: Dry roast the fennel seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds till fragrant and grind to a smooth powder. Pick, wash and wipe the green chilies till completely dry. Remove the stems and slit into halves. Add all the powdered spices, roasted spices, salt, vinegar and mix well. Bring the mustard oil to smoke point, cool a bit, add the asafetida to the chilies.
