"Fix" Knee Pain Going Upstairs | Feldenkrais Style

Many people struggle with stairs due to knee arthritis/pain. In this video I am showing you how to climb up stairs without hurting your knees. Knee and hip are the primary body parts involved in climbing up stairs. People often rely too much on knees to manage stairs. So, in order to reduce stress to knees, you will need to distribute movement/effort/work to hips, which is much larger and stronger, thus better suited for larger tasks such as stair management.
