The Toppy Kompressor is an exceptionally versatile machine. It is used for turning, transporting, aerating, and jogging piles of paper, board, plastic, and other materials. It is an electrically powered, self-propelled mobile pile turner designed to turn pallets of paper or cardboard up to a maximum weight of 1000 kg and can turn from a minimum of 50x70 cm to a maximum of 76x106 cm paper size. Toppy Kompressor is provided with a push button panel for the control of any single operation. The forks of Toppy Kompressor are mounted on linear rails. A built-in air turbine supplies the right quantity of air for a deep drying and cleaning of the paper / cardboard. The incorporated air supply unit is located in the chassis of the machine and consists of a powerful air blower operated by an inverter for precise air control. The air nozzle system delivers air to the pile for effective sheet separation. The speed of the air nozzle system and the amount of air delivered are both adjustable. The vibrating system allows a perfect alignment of any single sheet. The jogging and aerating units carry out the following tasks: • Accelerating the drying process of printed products • Aligning of the sheets through the use of an aligning gauge • Removal of waste sheets by the operator • Easy Pallet exchange by hand, which includes replacement of wooden pallets with system pallets for the non-stop pallet process • Centering the pile on the pallet when equipped with a centering device • Separating sticking sheets prior to the printing process As you can see in the video, installation is simple and the operator can easily replace the batteries with the roll off and roll on system. The machine does not require dedicated floor space or a permanent electrical connection. The charger can recharge the battery from any 120-volt outlet.
