Hi. My name is Darek and in this video I'll show you How to Make very cheap METAL WEIGHT PLATES DIY. I paid for each $2.5. The most important is to find the old car flywheels. You will get them in the cars junkyard, if you choose a rusty, cracked or have other damage then they will be in the price of of scrap metal. You need to choose the same or very similar. As you've seen I used flywheels of the Ford Fiesta and Opel Astra II, but depending on where you live, you will certainly find suitable. Keep in mind the thickness of your bar, so after doing plates not found out that they can not be put on the bar :) Sprocket, which I removed was not attached any screws, it was just simply pressed into the wheel.
