The first two have a downhill at the stopping location, while the second one does not have enough time as well. In this video I have used some hard brakes (B6) to halt the train in time in the second station. In expert mode the train must not be faster than 45km/h when entering the last station. Whenever you obey this rule you will still hear an ATS alarm similar to an emergency one. Players are expected to perform "ATS確認" on time to prevent the ATS alarm halts the train. To perform that, apply whatever brakes and press Enter key. There is a bug that you can actually drive faster than 45 km/h after that, but you can still stop the train perfectly without doing so. (I used to change the difficulty settings to "Easy" for higher final score, but I forgot to do so when recording this video. My final score in the easiest difficulty would be 658.8.)
