P&O Liners in Australia 1950's to 1970's

I found a box of positive colour slides "reversal film" in my Grandmother's house during the pandemic which she was going to throw away. The slides likely belonged to one of my Grandfathers sisters who had married and both had passed without any children. When I looked through the box I found a random series of slides that were not part of a larger set which had images of P&O liners on them visiting Australia. I was able get the approximate dates of the photos based on the ships configuration and paint scheme, but there is still a lot of unknown about them. I found three images of the P&O liner Orcades. The images show the ship with its corn coloured hull which was repainted white in 1964 as well as the "top hat" extension to its funnel which was installed in 1952. The negative numbers are 00, 01, and 02 mounted in a thin plastic blue and white frame. There is one image of the Gumhuryat Misr (ex RMS Lady Nelson) docked in Fremantle, Australia, this was numbered 00 mounted in a grey and white frame. This was followed by a single image of the P&O liner Himalaya docked at Station Pier in Melbourne numbered 0E on a grey and white frame. There are four images of the P&O liner Iberia docked and departing from Station Pier in Melbourne, these are numbered 03, 04, 05, and 06 on a grey and white frame. There are two final grey and white framed slides numbered 09, and 18 of what appears to be taken from on board a P&O liner. I suspect that slide 18 is not taken from on board the Himalaya due to the length of the bulwark on the forecastle. Given the mast configuration it could be the Arcadia or Chusan. I have another confirmed photo in the same area on board the Iberia and the configuration of the forecastle is not a precise match. The final slides in the small collection are on green and white plastic mounts numbered 04, and, 05. This is definitely onboard the liner Iberia as the name is clearly visible behind the funnel. I am fairly confident that the photos were taken with a Zeiss Ikon Contaflex SLR. Before scanning the slides, I had no choice but to clean them with film cleaner (both sides) despite being a better idea not to. This brought the slides to a suitable standard to scan. Once scanned I used the tone curve in Adobe Photoshop to adjust the colour and used the spot healing brush and clone tool to remove and scratches and imperfections. I also cropped them to a uniform 4x6 size.
