Low Net Carb Bamboo Fiber Pumpkin Bread Recipe – Keto, Low Carb And Gluten Free   How to make bamboo baking flour:    • Bamboo Baking Flour -How To Make It? ...   Full Recipe 3 large eggs 60g avocado oil 1tsp vanilla extract 1tsp orange extract 200g pure pumpkin puree 70g sweetener 1/4tsp salt 1 tbsp baking powder 2tsp cinnamon 1/4tsp nutmeg 1/4tsp cloves 1/4tsp ginger 48g bamboo fiber 12g whole psyllium husk 1/2cup keto friendly milk chocolate chips   Steps: Separate 3 eggs. Beat the egg whites until it’s super thick and fluffy and holds stiff peaks. Pour the egg yolks into a mixing bowl. Add 60g of avocado oil, 1tsp (6g) of pure vanilla extract, 1tsp of orange extract, 200g of pure pumpkin puree, 70g of sweetener (stevia erythritol), 1/4tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of baking powder, 2 tsp of cinnamon, 1/4 tsp of nutmeg, 1/4 tsp of cloves, 1/4 tsp of ginger, 48g of bamboo fiber, 12g of whole psyllium husk. Or if you have premixed bamboo baking flour, use 60g of it (48g of bamboo fiber + 12g of ground whole psyllium husk). Mix them. Fold the beaten egg whites into the batter. Use a spatula to this process. At first fold only a smaller part of the whites into the batter then add the rest of it. Then add 1/2cup of sugar free milk chocolate chips and mix them. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan. (4.5”x8.5”) Bake at 350F (175C) for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
