Definition of Ready and Done in SCRUM DoR and DoD - SCRUM Course

And we are at the 4th episode of the SCRUM course, in the previous episodes, we discussed SCRUM principles, the Roles, the daily SCRUM, the Backlog Planning and refinement. Today we are going to see what Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) are. They can be seen as simple checklists and like almost everything else in SCRUM they are continuously improved and refined. They need to be communicated and agreed upon by the SCRUM team. The Definition of Ready specifies when a backlog item can be considered ready and be moved into the sprint backlog. The Definition of Done instead specifies when a backlog item can be considered done so that it’s in a state where the product owner can accept it. 00:00 Intro 00:31 Definition of Ready and Definition of Done 01:23 Definition of Ready in detail 03:35 Definition of Done in detail 05:04 Why are important 07:05 Next Episode WHO AM I: Hey friends, welcome to my YouTube channel    / outofdevops  .
