If making a thicker cracker, as in the video, roll dough 1/4" thick on 1 baking sheet. Store them in the fridge for optimal freshness. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes until slightly browned around the edge of the baking sheets. Only remove crackers off the sheet when they are cooled, or they will crumble ! Tip: Make one baking sheet the "lazy" way as shown in the video. Have fun with tiny cookie cutters and your child in making the other half of the dough shaped in fun ways. Lift your cut-outs with a spatula and place them on a baking sheet from the place where you rolled the dough. You may need another baking sheet, so the crackers have space to bake.
