A few days in my life living in London as I try to build new habits and routines with discipline and self love. I've been trying to get back into having a morning routine a few times a week and although it can be hard to shift back into the gear of self discipline, I always feel so good after I do all the little things like stretch, meditate, journal, go to the gym, spend time outdoors and eat well. Self discipline most definitely is the highest form of self love! It feels so rewarding to do things for your future self and for the delayed gratification.
