Make sure you have downloaded the HP smart app on the device you will be printing from and connect your printer. As mention on the video, if your printer is not printing your paper, push the button with the paper that has the arrow inside of the paper, don’t click “print” on the device you’re printing from because you will be overflowed with unwanted copies.
