House on the Rock Link E. Coin Piano 12/10/2023 Just Before Breaking *READ DESCRIPTION FOR UPDATE*

This is my video of the Absinthe House Link E Coin Piano from my visit to House on the Rock on 12/10/2023. UPDATE: As of December 29th, 2023, the Absinthe House Piano is back working for now but it could still once again break! The Absinthe House Piano seems like it is playing slightly stronger than last time (which is unusual for later in the season) but still has a slew of problems including the clacking sticker rods. This instrument still miraculously keeps on going outliving everyone's grim expectations including my own. Still, a full rebuild is needed to get this instrument back to how it once sounded. The song is believed to be "Sweetheart Hour". Just before Christmas Day 2023, I jinxed it! The Absinthe House Piano broke by December 24th and is now out of service. Apparently they went through 4 belts in just 3 days and was shut down by Pete until it is addressed. This unfortunately is looking bad and like the end of it playing until a full restoration. Usually when they run out of replacement parts or replacements are getting damaged constantly, that is the end of it's playability until a major change is accomplished. It probably won't be working next year unless something is done to it over the Winter (January/February 2024) while the Attraction is closed (which I think is unlikely).
