This is another swung performance with some simpler playing and a wide variety of dynamic ranges. The drum samples used in this performance are from the Superior Drummer 3 Core Library using the Premier Genista kit configuration and the 14” wood rim Ayotte snare, which is one of my favorite kit combinations. The drum mix was created from scratch using the mixer and FX within Superior Drummer 3. The MIDI was recorded directly into Superior Drummer 3 using a Roland TD-30 drum module and Jobeky electronic drums and cymbals. I also use the Porter & Davies tactile monitoring system. The Porter & Davies BC Gigster is used for the DrumAngle studio configuration and the Porter & Davies BC2 is used for live performance and practice setups.
