Shraddha's kitchen diaries In a mixing bowl Take 2 cups of wheat flour. Add 1/4th cup rava, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil. Adding rava makes puri crispy. Knead the dough by adding water slowly. Knead till the dough becomes stiff and tight. Cover the bowl and keep aside for about 20 minutes. When ready to use divide the dough into medium balls. Apply a little oil on the surface and place a dough ball. Start rolling the puri dough evenly into thick circles. Do not dust flour while rolling. Place rolled puris in a plate. Now fry the puris in hot oil. Gently press the puri on the sides to help it puff up. Fry on both sides to get slightly golden color. Puris are ready. Serve with your favourite side dish . Hi there..
