The C-Series is running its same early morning schedule all week from Monday to Thursday. I headed out again on Tuesday this time to film the southbound journey on the Joondalup Line from Whitfords to Perth (and then through to Canning Bridge to end the video where I started the proper filming yesterday). The train was again having issues with the doors at Perth, which is related to the train's computer system thinking it has undershot or overshot the platform (which today it actually did with the rear door still in the tunnel), and therefore refusing to open the doors. This caused a delay of over five minutes again today. The train also played some music through the speakers while this was happening at Perth, which was so weird! I point out several other anomalies along this journey with the announcements, doors, and train movement.
