This is an easy woodworking project, using minimal tools. ↓↓↓ Details in the description below↓↓↓ Subscribe ↓↓↓ Like ↓↓↓Share↓↓↓ I make these battery holders from scrap reclaimed material. It only requires a small piece of wood, a drill and drill bit and a hand saw. A hand plane can be used for cleaning up, but sand paper is also an option. These small projects are quick to make and good little skill builders. I use AA size rechargeable batteries in my camera and I rotate 3 sets between charging and using them. While there is a set in my camera ready for filming, I try to keep at least one set (4 batteries) charged and ready to use. I can then have one set charging while I work. I used a 16mm Bit for drilling the holes. Stored batteries need to be easy to access and this small project offers a great storage solution I like the idea of making my own Tools, especially if it is a Tool that is not easily found or readily available. Handmade Tools give great satisfaction and for me it is fun knowing that I created something to help me better improve my woodworking experience.
