For many, that title goes to Woolacombe Dunes parkrun. One reason for Woolacombe Dunes gaining the reputation it has is because the route involves sand dunes. I recently took the JOG ON van the night before to find this ominous 5K, try it for myself and see if it really is, the hardest parkrun in the country.
