Advanced PENCIL SKETCH Effect - Photoshop Tutorial!

In this Photoshop tutorial, I'll show you how to turn a photo into a pencil sketch drawing effect. First, create a new file with a white background. Import your photo and scale it to fit the document. Change the layer blending mode to 'Multiply' and lower the opacity to 80%. Duplicate the layer and hide the new one. Apply the 'Photocopy' filter from the 'Filter Gallery' to create a black and white sketch. Adjust the detail and darkness sliders. Then add the 'Poster Edges' filter to enhance the outlines. Fine-tune the edge thickness, intensity, and posterization. Apply the 'Oil Paint' filter to further enhance the sketch. Customize the brush settings and bristle details for desired strokes. Use the 'Unsharp Mask' filter to sharpen the sketch. Adjust the amount, radius, and threshold. For an artistic touch, apply the 'Water Paper' filter from the 'Filter Gallery.' Adjust the fiber length, contrast, and brightness. Lower the opacity if needed. Experiment with blending modes, like 'Darken.' Use the 'Camera Raw' filter to desaturate, increase contrast, and enhance clarity. Apply the 'Water Color' filter for a watercolor effect. Adjust brush detail, shadow intensity, and texture. Incorporate the 'Colored Pencil' filter to simulate colored pencils. Adjust brightness, stroke pressure, and pencil width. Finally, add the 'Sprayed Strokes' filter to create dynamic stroke patterns. Customize stroke length, spray radius, and direction. Adjust layer opacities as desired. Group all layers and add a paper texture with blending mode 'Multiply' and reduced opacity. Review and make any adjustments. Compare the before and after. Place the original photo on top for better comparison. Customize further to suit your preferences.
