Also we'll see how to cook one of Manipur's most favorite dish - Pan Eromba (Taro roots Eromba). Eromba is an essential almost daily cuisine enjoyed by all households in Manipur - it's a very simple dish prepared by boiling vegetables and mashing it up with dried fish and chillies after steaming it too. It can be made with various vegetables - pan (taro root) being one of my and many people's favorites. Thangjing (foxnut) gives pan Eromba a unique, very flavorful touch to it.
