In my previous video, I showed you how I make a masterboard journal cover, from packaging boxes and paper scraps. In this video I show you how I create the signatures (papers) and bind them into the cover. I thought this might be helpful for all the beginner journal makers. It might be a bit more tricky than the normal 3 hole pamphlet stitch, since I am doing it in a way that hides the threads, but you can always bind it directly into the cover. If you're a more advanced crafter, you can just skip to the part where I make the sleeve closure. There is also another shorter tutorial on my channel specifically focussed on the making of the sleeve closure. You can watch it here: • Let's make an interesting closure for... This is an excellent scrap buster project and great for using those tiny medicine or soap packaging boxes, as well as your paper offcuts and scraps. I kept this tutorial as simple and straight forward as possible, and hope you will try this Tiny Junk Journal and Sleeve Closure. I did not show the decorating of the pages in this video, meaning adding pockets, tags and other ephemera. But let me know if you want to see my process, then I'll make a video on that. I would love to see your Tiny Journals. Please post your photos on Instagram or Facebook and tag me. Hope this inspired your creativity and that you'll give it a try. #junkjournal #tinyjournal #tinythings
