Well this was an experience 😆 First time installing pond filtration for me so a fair few fails along the way, but I got there in the end lol ! I share my complete learning journey as I install a DIY bottom drain, Evolution Aqua 10,000 litre per hour Varipump and Allpondsolutuons PFC-5000 pressure filter with UV. I used a couple of different flexi hoses including Oase and Hozelock. I cover how to prevent leaks with ptfe tape and jubilee hose clips and how to fit hoses using a heat gun to get them to fit onto hosetail attachments. This largely completed the set up for my koi pond which will eventually become my grow on and quarantine tank once I’ve built my main pond.
